主讲人简介：Dr Liyaning (Maggie) Tang is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Newcastle. She received her bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University and her PhD from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, followed by postdoctoral research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a lectureship at West Virginia University. She has collaborated closely with government agencies in the US,Chinaand Australiaon research projects spanning public-private partnerships, highway pavement construction, environmental impact assessment, and carbon footprint in construction. Dr Tang is a Doctorate Supervisor (博导), a World Bank Group/APMG Certified PPP Professional (CP3P) Foundation trainer, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK), and a member of CIB.She published about 100 articles and book chapters, served as journal editor inInternational Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction,Civil Engineering and Architecture, andThe Open Construction & Building Technology Journal.（唐李雅宁博士，清华大学本科，香港理工大学博士，美国伊利诺伊大学博士后，曾任美国西弗吉尼亚大学讲师，现任澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学高级讲师，博导。她与中国、美国及澳大利亚政府机构紧密合作，开展了公私合营机制、交通工程建设、环境影响评估及建筑碳足迹等领域的研究项目。担任世界银行/APMG认证PPP职业培训师、英国高等教育学院成员及国际建筑与建设研究创新理事会（CIB）成员。发表论文及专著章节合计约100篇，担任International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction,Civil Engineering and Architecture, andThe Open Construction & Building Technology Journal等期刊编委。）
